We had such a great experience with Comfort Pro replacing our air conditioner today. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and just genuinely nice to work with. One thing that immediately stood out was how modern and efficient their entire process is. When they came out for the initial estimate, they used their technology to put together a detailed quote right on the spot. No waiting around for someone to go back to the office and email a PDF days later. Their scheduling and communication were just as seamless. On installation day, we received text updates letting us know when the team would arrive, which made the whole experience incredibly easy. What really impressed us, though, was the extra care they took during the installation. They discovered that the brackets supporting our existing AC unit were in very poor condition and really weren't appropriate for the job. Rather than simply reinstalling the new unit on them, the team went back to their shop, picked up the proper brackets, and replaced them at no additional charge. We absolutely would have expected to pay for the additional materials and work, so that was an incredibly generous and unexpected touch. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job correctly rather than just getting it done. Between the quality of their work, their excellent communication, and the modern technology they use to make everything quick and convenient, Comfort Pro really stands out from other HVAC companies we've worked with. He was very knowledgeable on managing a claim like a furnace install. Daniel was my Skilled Technician on installation day and everything went well. Amazing service

This experience has a renewed appreciation for companies like Comfort Pro. They went to bat for me with the warranty company to get the well needed new air conditioning. They kept me informed every few days of where it we stood on replacement. When the air conditioning was finally approved they did a quick and thorough job on the installation. It was like a dream come true. Thank you Comfort Pro.

2 days before our family vacation, the Air Condition unit stopped working. I had another company lined up quickly because of rebate offers, but a family member recommended to contact Garrett at ComfortPro to go over all the options. He followed up with me on all of the details in a very professional manner and was able to install the new Furnace / AC / thermostat while we were on vacation (with the help of a family member to let them in). They were even able to move the water heater over to create more space in the furnace room and allow a better air filtration system. We came home to a nice cool home right when the temperatures have been hovering in the mid 90's! Highly recommend working with this amazing company!

Did an excellent job. Worked well with my warranty company in making sure that everything was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about being the middle man trying to communicate things to them or following up making sure things got done. Came out super quick to got my AC fixed so it wasn't an issue which was great especially during a heat wave. Overall, made the process way less stressful and got everything fixed and working great!

Excellent service, quick response in an emergency situation

I called them Monday to try and get someone to come out to my house to look at why my AC wasn't keeping up and Daniel was the technician that came out to look at it and he found the leak really quick and was able to get the part same day and fix it same day very happy with the results.

Price is why I chose Comfort Pro. The technician missed my appointment window by 1 hour. He called to say he was running late. When he got here he did not introduce himself and just said hello and wanted to walk in before I asked him if he was the technician. He seemed to do a thorough job. I would probably choose your company again for that price but quite frankly the courtesy aspect soured me some.

When the job was over, he came in talked with me about the unit, offered me the Maintenance Plan and told me what it covered. My water heater was leaking and Garrett came out pretty late at night to help me solve my emergency issue. He was then able to schedule a replacement and install for the next day. Alex handled the install the next day and was very nice and did a good job! Overall, super quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Daniel came and diagnosed our heating problem immediately. They had to send a driver to get a part for my old heater from a distant location. They did this without reservation. Daniel came back the next morning promptly when he said he would be here. The new control board is working like a champ and Daniel peaked all the circuits and it is working wonderfully. Even though I used them through a warranty service, I was treated like a local customer. I am extremely pleased with how my case was handled and especially for the work that Daniel did for us. He is a fine technician!!! I dont usually do this but I highly recommend Comfort Pro for your heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Garrett came late at night and fixed our furnace in the cold of winter, and we didnt even have to pay extra for the late night call! He took the time to explain and educate us on what was wrong with it, and even hung around to answer some questions about our fireplace. Wonderful guy and exception company. The 2 installers were very professional and did a neat clean job, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I do have reservations on the furnace going to keep up when it gets really cold. The temperature coming out of the registers is a lot less than the old furnace, this next weekend should prove me right or wrong

Honestly. A little mishap here and there. Like they sent the wrong part or ordered the wrong part, but they got a new furnace installed . And it was fast, too. Their turnaround time was amazing. Customer service? Excellent. They do great work. I had never heard of them until AHS assigned them to me, and Im forever thankful to have witnessed their work.

Alex was a great service man and very capable. He told what he was going to do, explained, and showed me a part that needed replaced. We went over the checklist at the end, and he told me how efficient the furnace is currently. I had an issue, sometimes the heater was on, but wouldn't circulate the air. So far it's working correctly. I feel comfortable that the hvac is working correctly for the season. Alex was the best serviceman I've had so far from HSA Home Warranty. Setting up the initial appointment was more difficult, no longer just a phone call. The time to have the service performed also took longer. I'm glad I had the work done.
