Service men were friendly and on time. Called to let me know they were on the way. They got right to work and completed the service in a timely fashion. When the job was over, he came in talked with me about the unit, offered me the Maintenance Plan and told me what it covered. Showed me my bill, processed my credit card, thanked me for my business, wished me a good day and went on to their next job. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro any time!

My water heater was leaking and Garrett came out pretty late at night to help me solve my emergency issue. He was then able to schedule a replacement and install for the next day. Alex handled the install the next day and was very nice and did a good job! Overall, super quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Daniel came and diagnosed our heating problem immediately. They had to send a driver to get a part for my old heater from a distant location. They did this without reservation. Daniel came back the next morning promptly when he said he would be here. The new control board is working like a champ and Daniel peaked all the circuits and it is working wonderfully. Even though I used them through a warranty service, I was treated like a local customer. I am extremely pleased with how my case was handled and especially for the work that Daniel did for us. He is a fine technician!!! I dont usually do this but I highly recommend Comfort Pro for your heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Garrett came late at night and fixed our furnace in the cold of winter, and we didnt even have to pay extra for the late night call! He took the time to explain and educate us on what was wrong with it, and even hung around to answer some questions about our fireplace. Wonderful guy and exception company. Very grateful to have a warm home on a cold night!

The 2 installers were very professional and did a neat clean job, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I do have reservations on the furnace going to keep up when it gets really cold. The temperature coming out of the registers is a lot less than the old furnace, this next weekend should prove me right or wrong

Honestly. A little mishap here and there. Like they sent the wrong part or ordered the wrong part, but they got a new furnace installed . And it was fast, too. Their turnaround time was amazing. Customer service? Excellent. They do great work. I had never heard of them until AHS assigned them to me, and Im forever thankful to have witnessed their work.

Had to replace parts from Bird damage. They took very good care of me and got the furnace up and running.

Alex was a great service man and very capable. He told what he was going to do, explained, and showed me a part that needed replaced. We went over the checklist at the end, and he told me how efficient the furnace is currently. I had an issue, sometimes the heater was on, but wouldn't circulate the air. So far it's working correctly. I feel comfortable that the hvac is working correctly for the season. Alex was the best serviceman I've had so far from HSA Home Warranty. Setting up the initial appointment was more difficult, no longer just a phone call. The time to have the service performed also took longer. I'm glad I had the work done.

As new homeowners of and older home, and with little experience in HVAC issues, things can be a bit scary. From start to finish, Garrett was a top-notch contact. His communication was clear and timely, and he was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. He was punctual, kind, and a wealth of knowledge in helping us understand the problems happening and in what to watch for. He gave advice for potential future work to make sure we know what to ask for, even if he's not the contractor. We would definitely hire him again.

Of course Iowa goes from cold to excessive heat warning. My AC decided to die. No fan, nothing. The mother board had a broken leg on it. It was scheduled for Thursday, the called Tuesday to see if they could come early. Unfortunately I wasn't available. They showed up on time Thursday, had it diagnosed very quickly. Replacement of outside AC Central unit and work on in house AC components were done in a timely and professional manner. Garrett was awesome! I had a new AC installed 2 years ago and it has never worked right. I have had so many people here trying to figure it out. He found that there was a defective coil and fixed the problem for me and submitted the warranty paperwork. I asked for his business cards to give to all of my friends. Finally my AC will keep me cooled this summer. Also, the day he fixed it it was 50 degrees outside, so he set up a follow up to check that all was running correctly in the warmer weather... and this was complimentary.
